- Parking: Complimentary offsite parking and shuttle services from Barton Creek Mall are available. Parking is prohibited in the neighborhoods surrounding Palmer Events Center. Parking at Palmer Events Center is managed by the City of Austin and is not included with the purchase of your ticket.
- Accessibility: Palmer Events Center is ADA accessible, with accessible entrances, restrooms and pathways throughout the venue. The Community Impact Center also offers a mothering room.

Are strollers, wagons, rolling bags, or carts allowed at A Christmas Affair®?
No. Due to space and capacity limitations at Palmer Events Center, strollers, rolling bags and carts are not permitted. Strollers ARE only allowed at The Junior League of Austin’s Community Impact Center for Children’s Events.
How will I receive my ticket?
After checkout, you will receive an email from info@jlaustin.org with a link to your electronic ticket(s). You can print them or present them on your phone.
Is Market entry included in a party/event ticket at Palmer?
Yes, tickets purchased for parties at Palmer Events Center include same-day access to the Market. You will receive a wristband upon entry that will admit you to both the Market and the event.
Do children need their own Market Day ticket?
Children under 5 years old are free to enter the Market at Palmer Events Center. For Children’s Events at The Junior League of Austin’s Community Impact Center, children over 6 months require a ticket.
Is Palmer Events Center ADA accessible?
