Will my order come from the artist or from MAC?
Original artwork items are arranged with the artist for pick-up, delivery, or shipping, with shipping costs charged separately. Custom printed items are shipped directly by the printing company and shipping is calculated at checkout.
How much will shipping cost?

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
All MAC shop sales are final. If an item has a defect, Muskoka Arts & Crafts will work with the customer and artist for a suitable replacement. Contact MAC within 5 business days of receipt to report defects or shipping damage.
