What time can I enter the Christmas Village?
When booking your Christmas Village & Theme Park entry ticket, you will select a time slot to enter the Christmas Village. This time is shown on your ticket. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your allocated time.
Will the Christmas Village be open between Christmas and New Year?
No, Father Christmas and his elves will be resting after December 25th. The Christmas Village will not be open between December 27th – 31st.
Can I visit Chessington just for the Theme Park, Zoo & SEA LIFE over Christmas?
Yes, you can book a Theme Park only ticket which allows access to select rides, the Zoo, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the Christmas Panto and Carollers. However, this ticket does not grant entry to the Christmas Village or allow a visit to Father Christmas.
