- Parking: Free parking is available at Brookfield East High School. Overflow parking with complimentary shuttle service is located at Burleigh Elementary School and Pilgrim Park Middle School. Shuttles run continuously. Arriving at opening? Consider heading straight to an alternate lot for a quick ride over—the main lot fills fast!
- Accessibility: Only exhibitors with state-issued Disabled Parking Identification Permits are allowed to park on-site in specially designated spots. Please email ffacraftfairapps@gmail.com in advance to coordinate parking if you have a permit.
- Pets: No pets allowed (service animals welcome for exhibitors)
Tips & Advice
- Arrive early or consider using the overflow parking lots with shuttle service to avoid congestion at the main lot, especially if arriving near opening.
- Bring cash for lunch purchases, as while card is accepted for admission and some vendors, cash might be preferred for certain food items.
- Leave strollers at home, as they are not allowed inside the venue due to space limitations. Consider a baby carrier for infants.

What types of vendors are allowed at the fair?
All items sold must be handmade by the vendor. Categories include painting, pottery, photography, jewelry, floral, glass, soap, candles, woodworking, and fiber arts. Direct sales, resale items, book sales, items related to alcohol, and items containing nuts are not permitted. All items must be rated 'G'.
How many people attend the fair?
More than 3,500 people attend the fair each year.
Can I share a booth or buy a half booth?
No new shared booth vendors are considered. For previous vendors, half booths may occasionally be allowed if space permits, typically when two vendors side-by-side share a booth in between. Half booths are not sold individually.
When will I know if my exhibitor application is accepted?
Returning exhibitors receive confirmation upon application receipt. New exhibitors receive confirmation of receipt and an acceptance or denial email after the jurying process, usually by the end of July. Payment is requested following acceptance.
When is exhibitor set-up and what should I bring?
Set-up begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the Fair. Exhibitors must provide their own tables, table covers, and chairs. A limited number of chairs will be available for rent with a refundable deposit.
