- Parking: Free parking is available in University Lot 61, near the Visitor Center. Drop-off and pick-up at the Visitor Center entrance is permitted. Valet parking may be available for some private events.
- Accessibility: All areas of Meadow Brook Hall are accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. Electric wheelchairs and scooters are allowed inside Meadow Brook Hall where space permits. Non-historic soft seating is available in various locations throughout the tour. An elevator is available to traverse all three floors included on the Holiday Walk.
- Pets: Service animals only

- Book tickets online in advance, as event dates sell out quickly. Consider joining the waitlist if your preferred date is unavailable.
- To ensure your group is seated together, place all participants on a single reservation, as smaller groups may share tables.

Will I get a physical ticket for this event?
No physical tickets are necessary for community events at Meadow Brook Hall. However, it is recommended to have your order confirmation email accessible in case of any issues at check-in.
Where do we park?
Free parking is available in University Lot 61, located near the Visitor Center. It's a short walk to the estate entrance from the parking area.
Is there a child price available?
There is no separate child pricing or menu. All attendees aged 3 and up require a ticket. Children aged 2 and below must sit on an adult's lap due to space constraints. Please notify mbhce@oakland.edu if bringing a child aged 2 or below.
Can we tour prior to the tea service?
It is highly recommended to take the self-guided tour after the tea service to ensure timely food service. Any missed courses due to early touring will not be refunded or replaced.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-transferable to alternate dates and are generally non-refundable unless Meadow Brook Hall cancels the event. Tickets may be exchanged for a fee up to 24 hours before the original purchase date, subject to availability.
