- Parking: During the Christmas period, a car parking pass is required in addition to your ticket. Harewood Members, Blue Badge holders and Access+ ticket holders do not need to pre book car parking for Christmas. Harewood has ample free parking.
- Accessibility: If you have any questions regarding access or if there is any way they can support your visit, please email info@harewood.org or call one of the team on 0113 218 1000. They have two stairlifts to assist visitors to access the State Floor and Below Stairs. There is access to the State Floor for electric wheelchair users with a combined weight of under 300kg. There is access to the State Floor for small mobility scooter users with a combined weight of under 300kg and with dimensions of less than 50 inches in length. They maintain the right to deny entry to the House if a mobility scooter or wheelchair is considered too large to safely navigate the State Floor walkways.
- Pets: Dogs are warmly welcomed in designated outdoor areas across the site. They are welcome to accompany visitors into the Courtyard Café servery to place their order, after which visitors are asked to enjoy their food in the dog-friendly seating areas (both inside and out). Dogs (with the exception of Assistance Dogs) are not permitted in the House, the indoor areas of the Terrace Café, Woodland Wonderland, or the Adventure Playground. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
