Will we be able to see animals?
Zoo Lights concentrates on holiday lights. While most animals sleep, you may see flamingos, ambassador animals during meet-and-greets, and possibly some residents in the Florida: Mission Everglades exhibit or tigers.
Where can I redeem my s'more & lighted souvenir cup package?
Once your ticket is scanned at the front entrance, Guest Service Representatives will provide a ticket to exchange at one of the food locations.
What time does the zoo close during Zoo Lights nights?
The zoo closes at 4 p.m. on select nights to prepare for Zoo Lights, reopening at 6:30 p.m.
Can I change the date of my Zoo Lights Tickets?
Yes, as long as you email zoomiami@miamidade.gov within 48 hours of your event date.
Does my zoo admission apply to Zoo Lights?
No, daytime admission (including membership) does not cover Zoo Lights. It requires a separate ticket.
