- Accessibility: The Museum is equipped with an accessible entrance door and elevator. All galleries are wheelchair accessible, with the exceptions of the 2nd storey of the 1881 Dufferin House, and Crombie’s Train Station. These historic buildings have tablets located outside their entrances which provide images and information about the buildings to assist people who cannot enter explore the space.
- Pets: Service animals are welcome. Pets may visit provided they are kept on a leash or in a carrier, are clean, vaccinated, free of disease and behavioural problems, and are not disruptive to the visitor experience. Visitors bringing pets are responsible for them during the visit. Pets should not attend programs and events where food and beverages are served.
