What are the setup times for vendors?
Setup is on Friday, December 4th, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Vendors are expected to be completely set up by Friday night.
What is the cost to rent a table?
The fee to rent a table is $25 plus 10% of your sales. Booth space is 8'x10'.
What is the refund policy for cancellations?
A refund is not guaranteed if you need to cancel. Please contact Adriane for any changes or questions.
Can I sell items that are not handmade?
Only one 'Specialty Craft Vendor' table is allowed per category, and acceptance is at the discretion of the organizers. All vendors must have product on-hand; 'brochure only' vendors are not permitted.
What is the purpose of the 10% sales contribution?
The money collected from sales is used to sponsor Women's Ministry Outreaches and help fund the event.
