- Parking: For evening and weekend events, please park only in the spots on the Kimberly K. Querrey and Louis A. Simpson Cultural Campus, or in their partner lots across Ridgewood Drive and in levels 3-5 of Waterside Shops’ parking garage as well as surface lots. Accessible parking spaces are located near the Hayes Hall main entrance. Three spaces on the east side of the cultural campus are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations for Artis—Naples patrons.
- Accessibility: The cultural campus is accessible to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. Hayes Hall, Daniels Pavilion, Rowe Center and Ubben Signature Event Space are equipped with a hearing loop system. Wireless listening devices are also available free of charge. Sensory bags provided by KultureCity, equipped with noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools, visual cue cards and more, are available for checkout at the patron desk by guests with sensory sensitivities.

The Hayes Hall lobby opens one hour before performances. Doors to Hayes Hall and Daniels Pavilion open 30 minutes before events. For performances with a pre-concert prelude, the lobby opens 90 minutes prior.
Can I bring food and drinks into Hayes Hall?
Outside food or beverages not purchased from Artis—Naples are prohibited. Limited food and drinks purchased on-site are allowed inside Hayes Hall, except during Naples Philharmonic Masterworks and Visiting Orchestras series performances.
What is the policy for late arrivals?
Late seating is provided at the discretion of the performing artist and cannot be guaranteed. It is best to arrive on time to avoid missing any part of the performance.
