A Dash Pass is an upgrade to your vehicle pass that allows you to bypass the main traffic line and enter through a special Dash Pass lane for quicker admittance.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are valid any day during the open season. Unused advanced purchased vehicle passes may be refunded at the discretion of venue management if the venue permanently closes for the season.
Do I need to turn off my headlights?
Yes, please turn off your headlights when driving through the Magic of Lights display. If you cannot turn them off, please switch them to dim.
What is considered a standard-sized vehicle?
Any vehicle, including SUVs and Minivans, with 3 rows of seating or less is considered a standard vehicle. Vehicles with over 3 rows of seating will be subject to Limo/Party Bus/RV pass pricing.
