- Parking: Pay & display roadside parking is available along the seafront and nearby streets. The 'Upper Den Carriageway' is usually open for pay & display parking between Autumn and Easter. Designated disabled parking bays are available on Den Crescent and Den Road. Parking is free after 6 pm, except for the train station and Lidl car park.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair access is available in the auditorium with spaces on the balcony (Row L) and front row (Row A). Accessible toilets are on the ground and first floors. Flat access is available via an automatic door at the seafront end of the building. Drop-off point available at the seafront.
