What is included in the rental fee?
For indoor venues, the rental fee includes use of the rented venue space, and some may include existing furniture. For outdoor venues, the rental fee only includes the rented venue space, with no tables or chairs provided.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds for indoor/outdoor venues are issued with written cancellation notice at least sixty (60) days in advance; otherwise, cancellations under sixty (60) days are subject to a 100% penalty of the rental fee.
What is your inclement weather policy?
Pinecrest Gardens is not responsible for inclement weather. Events scheduled during a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch/Warning for Miami-Dade County will be cancelled and clients may reschedule or receive a full refund if they decline rescheduling.
Can alcoholic beverages be served at an event?
Yes, alcoholic beverages may be served by a licensed bartender/caterer, provided a Certificate of Insurance naming Pinecrest Gardens as an additional insured is submitted 21 days prior. Alcohol is not to be served to anyone under 21, and water must also be dispensed.
Do you rent tables, chairs, or other event items?
Yes, Pinecrest Gardens rents certain items such as Chiavari chairs (including cushions) and AV equipment.
