- Accessibility: The trail has some steep gradients and unavoidable inclines/declines that may challenge wheelchair or mobility aid users. Advance visits to assess the route can be arranged by contacting margam@luminate.live. The route is outdoors and uncovered. Stewards are available to assist. Accessible toilets are at the car park and in the Castle Courtyard. Mobility scooters are welcome but not provided. Complimentary 'Access Tickets' are available for those requiring assistance, with proof of eligibility.
- Pets: Dogs are allowed on specific 'Dog Allowed Nights' (e.g., November 30th, December 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th, 21st, 27th, 28th, 31st 2026). On these nights, dogs must be on a short lead, max 2 per adult, and dangerous breeds are not permitted. Otherwise, only guide and assistance dogs are allowed.
