- Parking: The Fabulous Fox Parking Garage is located directly across Washington Avenue from the theatre at 3637 Washington Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63103. It is staffed 24/7 and offers guest parking for $20 per vehicle. The garage has a clearance height of up to 8’2”. The Fabulous Fox also operates a surface parking lot west of the garage on the northside of Washington Avenue. Parking for your event can be purchased online on the event’s page in advance, by phone at 314-534-1111, or at the garage entrance by cash or credit card if space is still available. Additional privately owned lots are located both east and west of Grand Blvd. Valet parking is not available at The Fabulous Fox.

- Pets: Trained service animals are allowed to accompany their owner into the Fabulous Fox. What if there is inclement weather?
Generally, performances will not be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions and ticket refunds will not be available. In the rare instance a performance is impacted by weather or other conditions, information will be posted on their website and social media pages, and ticketholders will be notified regarding ticketing options.
What if I lose or forget my tickets?
If tickets were ordered through MetroTix or the Fabulous Fox Box Office, contact MetroTix at (314) 534-1111 or (800) 293-5949 to have them reissued. Season Ticket Holders should contact Subscription Services at (314) 535-1700.
Are cameras allowed in the theatre?
Personal photography of the stage, actors, or scenery is generally not allowed for Broadway productions. For concerts or other events, non-professional, point-and-shoot cameras may be permitted if the artist allows. No video recording is ever allowed.
What items are prohibited in the theatre?
Prohibited items include firearms, weapons, lasers, glass bottles, outside food and beverages, SLRs/DSLRs, video cameras, professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, laptops, and electronic tablets. All patrons and bags are subject to search.
What time does the lobby open?
The lobby opens one hour prior to showtime, and the auditorium generally opens for seating 30 minutes prior to showtime.
