How do I book a stall?
New traders should email lisa@independentstreet.co.uk or fill out the registration form. Existing traders will be sent passcodes. All traders need public liability insurance and must read the T's and C's.
What do I need to trade?
Traders must have a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance, completed risk assessments, and relevant health and hygiene ratings for food sellers. Hot food sellers need gas safety certificates if running from gas.
Are gazebos provided?
The majority of events are 'own infrastructure only,' meaning traders must provide their own gazebo, table, and sufficient weights. Some undercover spaces may provide a table only.
When can I set up?
Stall setup is usually 3 hours prior to the event start time. Arrive no earlier than this and only set up when an event manager is on site to direct you.
What happens in case of bad weather?
