Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Refunds are only issued if the train is cancelled by the operator.

Yes, Santa and his helpers board the train at the North Pole to greet passengers and give every child the first gift of Christmas. Due to time constraints, he is unable to pose for individual photos.
What if I miss my departure time?
The Polar Express operates on a strict schedule and leaves exactly on time. Latecomers cannot be accommodated, and no refunds, exchanges, or vouchers will be issued if a departure is missed.
