Can I change a workshop booking?
Workshop bookings cannot be changed or refunded. If you are unable to attend, they will try to move you to a different date for the same workshop if possible, provided all workshops in the same category are not fully booked.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of their products, they do not offer any returns.
When will my flower subscription arrive?
Flower subscriptions are delivered on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month between 6 am and 6 pm.
What are the payment options?
Payments can be made online, on-site with major cards, or via invoice for corporate companies. They no longer accept PayPal. Subscription flowers can be paid via direct debit through Go Cardless.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 pm, Wednesday through Saturday, by calling 01753 429765.
