- Parking: The car park is free to park for general day admissions. There may be a charge for parking at events. Please check your event tickets if this is the case. Bike racks are available outside the front of the shop.

What if I'm late for my timeslot?
Don't worry! Just arrive safely. If you're booked for a specific show time, they will do their best to accommodate you later in the day if capacity allows, but this may not always be possible.
Can I change my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if you purchased a flexi-ticket, you can email helpdesk@avonvalley.co.uk with your alternative date within the same opening period.
Do you accept cash or card payments on site?
They are a cash-free site, accepting card payments for food and drinks. The only exception is quad bikes, which require a £2.50 token purchased on site. All other rides are included in the ticket price. There is no cash machine on site.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Assistance dogs are free. Pet dogs can buy a 'doggie day ticket'. Dogs must be well-socialized, kept on a standard lead, and under close supervision at all times. Owners must pick up poo and keep dogs out of animal contact areas and away from play equipment.
Do you have bike racks?
Yes, they have two bike racks located outside the front of the shop. Bikes are left at the owner's own risk.
