- Parking: Free parking is available. Valet parking is also available for purchase ($20, cash and card accepted). A parking map is available online.

First floor restrooms and water fountains are fully accessible, and ushers are available to assist patrons. Sign Interpretation is available for Saturday 2 PM performances of the Broadway Series and upon request for other presentations. Assistive Listening Devices and Child Booster Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Elevators provide access to the Mezzanine and Balconies.

Does my child need a ticket?
If your child is 11 months or younger, they do not need a ticket but are required to sit on your lap. If your child has reached their first birthday, they will need a ticket to get into the Theatre.
What is the theatre's security policy?
Patrons will walk through metal detectors. All bags are subject to search. Backpacks, diaper bags, or bags larger than 12 x 12 x 6 inches are not allowed. Laptops, briefcases, suitcases, and outside food/beverages are also prohibited.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers may be held until a designated 'hold' time (5-15 minutes). Large screen TVs are available in the lobby to view the performance during the hold. Ushers will escort you to your seat once it's safe.
Can I bring food and drink into the theatre?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, food and beverages are sold at concession stands and can be brought into the theatre.
