- Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Valet parking is also available for purchase ($20, cash and card accepted).
- Accessibility: Please notify the Box Office in advance of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignment. First floor restrooms and water fountains are fully accessible, and ushers are available to assist patrons. Sign Interpretation is available for Saturday 2 PM performances of the Broadway Series and upon request for other presentations. Assistive Listening Devices and Child Booster Seats are available. Elevators provide access to the Mezzanine and Balconies.

What is the venue's security policy?
Patrons will walk through metal detectors, and all bags are subject to search. Backpacks, diaper bags, or bags larger than 12x12x6 inches are not allowed. Laptops, briefcases, suitcases, and outside food/beverages are also prohibited.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children 11 months or younger do not need a ticket but must sit on a lap. Children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.
What is the refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final. The venue does not offer refunds or returns. For exchange policies, contact the Box Office.
How early should I arrive before the performance?
The building doors open 1 hour prior to showtime, and lobby doors into the Theatre open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Arriving early is recommended.
Can I bring food and drink into the Theatre?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, food and beverages are sold at concession stands and can be brought into the Theatre.
